  • After a sensational inaugural touch rugby competition last year, LCJRU is back and have some exciting changes that we have been working on all year. The first thing that you will notice is that we are now called Lane Cove Summer 7s. The name change and departure from Viva 7s is because the organisers believe the costs of licensing the Viva7s game far outweighed any benefits we received from the Australian Rugby Union.  By changing to Summer 7s, we can pass on benefits to the players with a bett

  • This Easter break kids can attend camp Wallaby in their own back yard and train with Nick Phipps & Tolu Latu. A great way to occupy the youngsters for a few days and learn some skills. Camp Wallaby is Australia’s only school holiday Rugby camp with Wallabies attending that is licensed by the ARU.   • Season 2017 is now open. You can do this  online day...or we will be in plaza Feb 2nd and 11th.

  • Gordon has changed the selections process and timings for the 2017. Selections will now take place via a 4 weeks Skills Camp and Trial program conducted at Koola Park on Friday evenings throughout March. Read more here

  • VIVA7s promotes inclusion and fair play; so if you're a junior, lapsed player, a new-comer, male or female, you can play the game without needing a certain skill-set. VIVA7s is also an active lifestyle opportunity for the whole family to play in the same team. You'll play two short, sharp matches in the one session. Every match is 16 minutes long.
